300ml almond milk

1/3 banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 cup oats

1 scoop of chocolate protein blend

4 cubes of ice

DROP YOUR SNICKERS

300ml almond milk

1/3 banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tbsp cacao nibs

1 scoop chocolate protein blend

4 cubes of ice

NICE BLOOBS

300ml coconut water

1 cup blueberries

1 tsp chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein blend

4 cubes of ice

INSTAGRAM SPECIAL: CHOCOLATE ORANGE

250ml almond milk

1 banana

1 tbsp cacao powder

1/4 orange zest + juice

1 scoop chocolate protein blend

2 cubes of ices

INSTAGRAM SPECIAL: APPLE PIE

250ml almond milk

2 chopped apples (with skin but no core)

1/4 cup oats

1tbsp almond butter

1/8 tsp cinnamon

Vanilla protein blend

2 cubes of ice

Optional:

1 pinch of ground cloves

Lemon zest / honey / ginger
