A hot cup of tea, a warm bath, or a favourite book also never hurt.
MANAGE YOUR TIME
Stress can come from feeling overwhelmed by our to-do list; learning how to manage your time and prioritise can help you from feeling overburdened. One way to do this is to draw up a list of all that needs to be done in the day, highlighting the most important ones, enabling you to set reasonable standards of what can be accomplished in the day, giving you time to relax and unwind.

Learning how to be aware of the present moment allows us to let go of anxious thoughts and relax. There are several forms of mindfulness; it’s important to find the right one for you. Whether it’s yoga, meditation, breathing, or journaling, taking a moment to sit back and practise gratitude can help people suffering from stress.
Long working days, stress, and lack of sleep are all normal. A few small adjustments to your daily routine can help you manage them all and improve your quality of life.
